I started this blog and my new YouTube channel because I have a lot more work to do. When I teach workshops and meditation classes, or when I speak to my friends there’s almost no time to properly answer all of the questions I receive about meditation. “What time should I meditate?” “Why should I meditate?” “How can I turn off my mind?” “What is the difference between meditation and mindfulness?”

I’m going to answer all of these questions and more for you. I’m excited to give you all the tea on how you can build your own practice with only 5 minutes each day. Yes, that’s all the time you need to become a meditation MASTER! Ok, maybe not master, but it’s a good start.
